Main Job Task – Plumbing Maintenance & Technical Services:
- Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties
- Attend assigned service requests and plumbing complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution
- Detect, diagnose and repair water leaks, pipe damages and drainage issues
- Perform blockage clearance for sinks, toilets, floor drains and sewage lines
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures including taps, mixers, valves, flush systems and sanitary fittings
- Carry out pipe fitting, joint sealing and minor pipeline installation works
- Ensure proper water flow, pressure and drainage functionality in all assigned properties
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential plumbing issues
- Respond to emergency plumbing breakdowns and provide immediate on-site repair solutions
- Maintain proper usage and handling of plumbing tools, equipment and materials
- Coordinate with supervisor regarding job progress, material requirements and site updates
- Complete job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct site inspections and report plumbing defects or required replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and always company maintenance procedures
- Maintain professional communication with tenants, clients and site representatives
- Support renovation and fit-out projects with plumbing installation and modification works when required
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Report major defects, material shortages and maintenance concerns to the department immediately
