We are looking for a Sales Agent
Employment:
Part Time
 Working Day / Time: 8AM – 6PM (Monday –Saturday)
Industry: Property Management/ Real Estate
Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Dubai, Downtown
Experience Area: Business Development, Sales & Real Estate (UAE- 3-5 years exp)
Education: Sales / Real Estate background preferred
Languages: English & Arabic (Russian / Spanish / Hindi is highly advantage)

Main Job Task – Office Support:
  • Generate new business opportunities through property portals, cold calling, networking, referrals and personal database 
  • Actively prospect and identify potential landlords, investors and tenants in the UAE real estate market
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and long-term business relationships
  • Promote company listings and services across multiple channels including direct marketing and online platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions
  • Negotiate offers, rental/sale terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements between parties
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on leads, viewings and deal progress
  • Update and maintain CRM system with accurate client data, communication history and deal status
  • Coordinate with property management, leasing and admin teams for smooth transaction execution
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with UAE real estate regulations
  • Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, competitor activity and investment opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events and property inspections regularly
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and professionally
  • Provide after-sales service and maintain long-term client satisfaction and referrals
  • Work independently under a commission-based structure with strong self-motivation and discipline
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and maintain corporate image
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing market insights and client feedback
  • Ensure high level of responsiveness to client inquiries and lead conversions within agreed timelines
