About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about property, skilled in sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
This role offers the opportunity to build a strong client portfolio, close high-value deals, and grow within a competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through property portals, networking, referrals, and personal connections.
- Identify and engage potential landlords, investors, and tenants across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and a strong property portfolio.
- Promote company listings across digital platforms and direct marketing channels.
- Conduct property viewings and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate offers, rental and sale agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information.
- Coordinate with leasing, property management, and admin teams for smooth transactions.
- Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in UAE Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills is required.
- Strong ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, or Hindi are a plus).
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
