Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales activities, generating leads, closing deals, supporting agents, building client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- The role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, developers, and client meetings.
- Manage client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and support the team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, developers, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and new project launches.
- Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded in the CRM system.
- Review sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns and property promotions.
- Train, coach, and guide sales agents on negotiation, client handling, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, company policies, and UAE real estate regulations.
- Attend property exhibitions, networking events, developer meetings, and client site visits.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure professional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, communities, off-plan and secondary market sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team, monitor performance, and drive results.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages will be an advantage.
