Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property sales activities, generating and converting leads, closing deals, mentoring and supporting sales agents, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a successful track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed individual, team, and company sales targets.
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for residential and commercial properties, contributing directly to company growth, revenue, and market expansion.
Generate and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, developers, investors, corporate clients, and strategic partnerships.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client qualification, property presentations, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sale relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, developers, property owners, and key business partners.
Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, property prices, competitor activities, demand patterns, and new project launches to identify business opportunities and support sales strategies.
Manage sales pipelines, CRM activities, lead follow-ups, KPIs, conversion rates, forecasting, and regular sales performance reporting.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen lead generation, property promotions, digital campaigns, and overall company visibility.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales agents on market knowledge, client handling, negotiation, objection management, and closing techniques.
Develop relationships with developers and strategic stakeholders to secure new projects, listings, and business opportunities.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, developer meetings, investor meetings, and client site visits while identifying opportunities for market expansion.
Handle key and escalated client matters, ensuring professional service, strong client retention, and long-term business relationships.
Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA, DLD, UAE real estate regulations, and company policies.
Provide management with market insights, sales forecasts, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to support the company's long-term development and expansion.

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with at least 4+ years in a supervisory/ managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market, communities, off-plan, developers, and secondary market sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to manage a sales team, monitor performance, and drive results.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English is Mandatory; Russian highly Preferred, Arabic, Hindi, and other languages will be an advantage.
